1. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility

By accessing our website, creating an account, selecting seats, or completing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into financial transactions on this portal.

2. Ticket Purchasing & Seat Reservations

• Seat Hold Mechanism: When you select seats on our standard or 360° circular interactive arena maps, seats are locked in your session for 10 minutes. If the checkout is not completed within this window, the hold expires and seats are returned to general inventory.
• Pricing & Taxes: All ticket prices are displayed in USD ($) and clearly show base ticket price, applicable statutory taxes, and transparent processing fees before you authorize payment.
• Promotional Coupons: Promo codes (e.g. fixed or percentage discounts) must be applied prior to completing checkout. Coupons cannot be retroactively applied to completed bookings.

3. Payment Processing & Billing Authorization

By submitting your payment credentials at checkout, you authorize Stallion Royale Tix Box Office & Entertainment Inc. and our authorized payment gateway partner (Stripe, Inc.) to charge the total invoice amount to your designated payment method.

• Billing Descriptor: Charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear as STALLIONROYALETIX or STALLION TIX BOX OFFICE.
• Cardholder Authentication: For 3D-Secure enabled cards, you may be prompted by your issuing bank for one-time verification.
• Anti-Fraud Measures: Orders flagged with high risk scores by Stripe Radar or containing mismatched billing addresses may be automatically cancelled and refunded to protect cardholders.

4. Digital Pass Delivery & Gate Admission

• Instant Digital Passes: Upon successful payment confirmation, digital tickets containing dynamic high-resolution QR codes are immediately available in your customer account dashboard and emailed to your registered address.
• Single Entry Verification: Each ticket QR code is valid for exactly one (1) scan at the venue gate scanner. Once scanned and admitted, the ticket status changes to "used" and duplicate entry attempts will be rejected.
• Venue Code of Conduct: Admission is subject to venue safety policies, security screenings, and age restrictions specified on the event page.

5. Resale & Scalping Prohibition

Tickets purchased on Stallion Royale Tix are intended for personal use. Unlawful resale, counterfeit duplication, or selling tickets above face value in violation of local laws may result in ticket invalidation without refund and account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stallion Royale Tix Box Office & Entertainment Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event cancellations, personal property loss at venues, or technical interruptions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
